I've used ALS for several months now and have never had a bad experience with any of the team who drive for them. Always on time, professional, friendly and great overall service is consistently provided. It’s clear that they take great pride in their fleet of vehicles which are all clearly marked so you can spot them at the airport easily. Well maintained and clean vehicles reassure me that I'm not going to miss my flights. ALS use flight tracking software to monitor if my flights are delayed and I’ve never been charged for any waiting time which is nearly unheard of compared to other companies. Bookings can be made on email, text or phone which is very helpful when you’re travelling and need a short notice reservation.

I have over the last few months used ALS for Airport drop offs and pick-ups from West Malling for both business and personal trips (including Golf and Skiing vacations).
